Cooking is Creative! The DAC is pleased to offer a free virtual community cooking class featuring Darien native and DHS alum, Phoebe Maglathlin of Food by Phoebe. In this interactive one hour class, she will show us how to make a restaurant-worthy dinner and a delicious cocktail right in our own kitchens.

Maglathlin is a published recipe developer in Boston, Massachusetts and has always enjoyed cooking and entertaining for family and friends. Some of her recent work can be found in the James Beard award-winning cookbook, ‘Tuesday Night Dinners’ as well as in the monthly ‘Christopher Kimball’s Milk Street Magazine’. Phoebe landed in Boston at America’s Test Kitchen after attending culinary school in New York and working at Bobby Flay’s Gato restaurant as well as in Martha Stewart’s Test Kitchen.

On the menu: Blackened Fish Tacos with Quick Pickled Onions, Chipotle Lime Crema and Cilantro Rice, and a Rosemary Grapefruit Margarita!
