Join Jordan Cassetta for this fun 8 week equipment-free pilates class choreographed to pop music. A fusion of ab-chiseling & total body defining moves that challenges students to rhythmically flow from one exercise to the next, developing a solid core of strong, lean muscles. All levels welcome.
