A great workout while learning many self-defense theories and skills. This class will improve coordination, stamina, and self awareness.
$25 Drop-in Fee or 20-class card for $420 available for adult classes ($40 registration fee due 1x per yr.)  Available at DAC office or at (203) 655-8683.

  • There is a one-time $40 registration fee applicable from Sept 2021 through Aug 2022. 
  •  Martial Arts classes have a $30 first time uniform fee
